Step 2 Design:

The design planning and process begins. This process takes about 4 weeks to design the concepts for each room. 

Step 3 Build:

Implementing the design concepts takes about 4 weeks from start to finish depending on the complexity. 

Step 5 Inspection:

Our team along with you will walk the property in person or virtually to assure it’s reach to deliver on the full experience.

Step 6 Rental:

We list all marketing photos and home details on Short Term Rental Sites and start collecting booking fees.

Our extended property management teams will continue to improve all aspects of the property’s online presence to help maximize rental revenue.
